As a Wireless Processing Expert at Applied Technology Group you will perform assigned portions of engineering and scientific projects such as analysis, design, integration, applications which require a thorough knowledge of higher mathematics and related engineering skills.
Responsibilities:
- Software and Design and Development of Projects
- Development and Modeling of Signal processing algorithms in MATLAB
- Development of all software and firmware in C and Perl or VHDL
- Development of Databases using my SQL
- Assists in software performance testing and optimization as required
- Assists in developing interfaces with peer network systems
- Assists in developing a graphical user interface for the systems
- Assists in developing a centralized system health, status and performance monitor
- Assists in all issues associated with compliance requirements and data forwarding
- Develop applications for testing, error diction and analysis of field data
- Assist team with the transition from development to long term life cycle support
- Produce technical and user documentation as required.
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in active software or firmware development positions
- Demonstrated Linux proficiency
- Experience in Design, Development, Testing, Training and Documentation
